Giáo dục liên văn hóa trong bối cảnh hội nhập

I. Mục đích hội thảo

Giao thoa, tương tác, ảnh hưởng giữa các nền văn hóa khác nhau là một tiến trình tất yếu, không thể cưỡng lại của lịch sử loài người. Đối thoại liên văn hóa sẽ mang đến sự thông hiểu và hòa hợp giữa các nền văn hóa: vừa tiếp thu bản sắc văn hóa của các lãnh thổ khác nhau nhưng không đánh mất bản thể riêng của mỗi quốc gia, dân tộc. Giáo dục liên văn hóa sẽ giúp chúng ta hướng đến một viễn cảnh toàn cầu hóa như vừa nêu: đa dạng, tương tác, bình đẳng và tôn trọng giữa các nền văn hóa.  

Xuất phát từ mục đích sâu xa trên, Trường Đại học Thủ Đô Hà Nội; Trường Đại học Sư phạm, Đại học Huế phối hợp với các trường đại học, viện nghiên cứu trong và ngoài nước tổ chức Hội thảo Khoa học Quốc tế Văn hoá và Giáo dục lần thứ V (ICCE 2024), với chủ đề: “Giáo dục liên văn hoá trong bối cảnh hội nhập”.

Hội thảo hướng tới mục đích tạo diễn đàn chia sẻ những kiến thức về giáo dục liên văn hóa trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa và dấu ấn liên văn hoá tại các vùng  trung tâm văn hoá lớn của Việt Nam. Trên cơ sở đó, tìm kiếm những giải pháp tích cực trong giáo dục để vừa phát huy giá trị dân tộc vừa tiếp nhận các bản sắc văn hóa khác nhau trên thế giới. Hội thảo sẽ là cơ hội thuận lợi để các nhà khoa học Việt Nam và thế giới trao đổi học thuật và hợp tác nghiên cứu khoa học trong thời gian tới. Hướng tới kỉ niệm 70 năm giải phóng Thủ đô, năm 2024, Trường Đại học Thủ Đô Hà Nội sẽ là đơn vị đăng cai tổ chức hội thảo này.

II. Nội dung hội thảo

Với mục đích trên, Hội thảo hướng đến các chủ đề chính sau:

1. Tiếp cận liên văn hóa từ quan điểm lịch sử, xã hội học, nhân học, sư phạm và tâm lý (các vấn đề hậu thuộc địa, nhập cư, di dân, du học…)
2. Các phạm trù của lý thuyết liên văn hóa (sự đa dạng, sự tương tác, sự bình đẳng, tính đối thoại…)
3. Đối thoại liên văn hóa trong xu hướng hội nhập
4. Liên văn hóa và vấn đề địa chính trị
5. Liên văn hóa và văn học di cư/di dân
6. Những thách thức của giáo dục liên văn hóa trong thời kỳ hội nhập
7. Những kinh nghiệm về giáo dục liên văn hoá của các nước trên thế giới
8. Giáo dục liên văn hóa trong chương trình giáo dục phổ thông và đại học
9. Kỹ năng liên văn hóa và giao tiếp trong giáo dục (đặc biệt là giảng dạy ngôn ngữ cho người nước ngoài)
10. Liên văn hóa trong giáo dục toàn cầu hóa và môi trường
11. Các giải pháp giáo dục liên văn hoá trong xu hướng hội nhập

The 5^th International Conference on Culture and Education – ICCE 2024

Intercultural Education in the International Integration Context

Hanoi December 7-8, 2024

I. Objectives of the conference

Cultural interference and influence are inevitable and irresistible process of mankind. Intercultural dialogue will bring about understanding and harmony among cultures: acquiring the cultural identities of different territories without losing the unique identities of their home country. Intercultural education will move us towards the globalization vision with diversity, interaction, equality and respect among cultures.

Stemming from the above profound purposes, Ha Noi Metropolitan University; Hue University of Education in collaboration with domestic and foreign universities and research institutes are organizing the 5^th International Conference on Culture and Education (ICCE 2024), with the theme: “Intercultural education in the international integration context".

The conference aims to create a forum to share knowledge on intercultural education in the context of globalization and intercultural imprints in major cultural centers of Vietnam. On that basis, positive solutions in the field of education could be suggested to enhance the national values ​​and acquire diverse cultural identities of the world. The conference will provide opportunities for Vietnamese and international researchers to exchange academic knowledge and cooperate in scientific research in the coming time. To celebrate the 70^th Anniversary of the Capital's Liberation in 2024, Ha Noi Metropolitan University will be the co-host for this year conference

The Conference focuses on the following main themes:

1. Intercultural approaches from historical, sociological, pedagogical and psychological perspectives (post-colonial issues, immigration, migration, study abroad)
2. Dimensions of intercultural theories (diversity, interaction, equality, dialogue…)
3. Intercultural dialogue in the integration process

5. Intercultural perspectives on immigration/ immigration literature
6. Challenges of intercultural education in the integration period
7. Experiences in implementing intercultural education in countries around the world

L'éducation interculturelle dans le contexte de l'intégration

I. Finalité du colloque

L’interaction entre différentes cultures est un processus inhérent à l’histoire de l'humanité. Le dialogue interculturel apporte la compréhension des cultures et leur existence dans l'harmonie : reconnaître les identités culturelles des différents territoires sans perdre sa propre identité particulière. L'éducation interculturelle nous aide à évoluer vers une mondialisation respectant la diversité, l'égalité et le respect des cultures.

Partant de ce principe humaniste profond, l’Université de la Capitale de Hanoi et l'École Normale Supérieure de Hué, en collaboration avec des universités et instituts de recherche vietnamiens et étrangers, organisent le 5^e Colloque scientifique internationale sur la culture et l'éducation (ICCE 2024), sur le thème : « L'éducation interculturelle dans le contexte de l'intégration ».

Le colloque vise à créer un forum pour partager des connaissances sur l'éducation interculturelle dans le contexte de la mondialisation et des empreintes interculturelles dans les principaux centres culturels du Vietnam. Il s'agit de rechercher des solutions en matière d’éducation pour promouvoir les valeurs nationales et accepter les différentes identités culturelles d'autres peuples et d'autres pays. Le colloque sera l'occasion pour les scientifiques vietnamiens et internationaux de se rencontrer et d'échanger afin d'élaborer des projets de coopération dans la recherche scientifique. En 2024, pour commémorer le 70^e anniversaire de la libération de la capitale à la fin de la guerre d'Indochine, l'Université de la Capitale de Hanoi est fière d'accueillir les chercheurs vietnamiens et internationaux qui viendront participer à ce colloque.

Ce colloque se concentre sur les thématiques principales suivantes :

1. Approche interculturelle sous des angles historiques, sociologiques, anthropologiques, pédagogiques et psychologiques (questions coloniales et postcoloniales, immigration, émigration, mobilité internationale d'étudiants, etc.) ;
2. Aspects théoriques sur l'interculturel (diversité, interaction, égalité, dialogue, etc.) ;

5. Interculturalité et littératures de l'exil et de l'immigration ;
